About Diana...

I am a UK-certified and licensed business etiquette and protocol consultant based in Dubai, UAE.

After earning several degrees in Political Science, Cultural Studies, and International Relations, I gained valuable experience by traveling and working for an international trading company that provides infrastructural products and technical solutions for governments, and I also taught courses for several years at the Institute for Economic Promotion of the Austrian Economic Chambers in Vienna.

At a young age, I had the opportunity to engage with recognized entrepreneurs and politicians in an international field. Being undeniably young and less experienced, I needed to find a way to elevate my authority, fit in, and project confidence and professionalism so that no one would question my legitimacy.

I found my way through developing soft skills.

Not only did I overcome my initial concerns, but I also found a passion that led me to explore business protocol for more than a decade. This journey culminated in my decision to turn it into a profession. I attended one of the most recognized academy in London and became certified as an international business etiquette consultant and cross cultural specialist.

Learning and practicing socially proven methods to handle situations with confidence, authority, and grace helped me to be seen as the upcoming talent that seniors in leading positions wanted on their teams when I was still in my twenties and finishing my studies.
